Take 5 Oil Change

I recently went in for an oil change and found myself asking a lot of questions since I do not know much about cars. Zach was extremely patient and understanding the entire time. He took the time to explain what an oil change involves, why it is important, and what I should be paying attention to moving forward. I never felt rushed or talked down to. Instead, I felt respected and informed. What could have been an intimidating experience turned into a really positive one because he made sure I understood everything. I came by on 3/7 for an oil change and the line was insane. An employee brought a water and a Reese’s to my window and told me it’s a lil bit longer of wait times so I decided to come back. I am currently here on Saturday 3/8. Not only have I received exceptional service & they have checked things I’ve never had checked before doing an oil service but the gentlemen working here today have been such a delight to talk to! They’re laughing and having a good time together which is nice to listen to. Thank you for providing such a great service!!!

Zach, Jake, and Timothy were incredibly helpful, courteous, and honest. They completed the service efficiently while taking the time to answer my questions and address my concerns professionally. I never feel pressured — just well taken care of. This shop has truly become my neighborhood go-to for oil changes, and I genuinely appreciate the quality work and customer service they provide.

They were quick and efficient! Claude (I believe his name was), was extremely thorough in his explanations and provided overall great customer service. One of my drain plugs was stripped by the previous person who changed my oil and he installed a new one as a courtesy! I will definitely be back!
