Best-One Tire of Knoxville

So I had them align my new 2025 Tacoma after another shop installed a leveling kit; after a month I noticed the outer of the two front tires were wearing out and is more than half gone. I took it to this shop this being the second time; they checked it out did minor adjustments and said it was good… I had mark or Mike look at my truck and you can tell the alignment wasn’t straight (see photo) he said he only had settings for a 2023 Tacoma and not the new 2025…. What idiot makes this up is beyond me. If you can physically see the tire wearing out on the outside and can see it’s not straight you are a complete idiot. I’ll be taking the truck to an alignment shop that knows what they are doing.

Went in and had my air shocks replaced. They did a great job and pretty fast service. Not cheap by any means but I think all shops are expensive. Lol

I thought I needed rear brakes as my truck was heavy when on the brakes. They inspected the drum and called me to say that the shoes still had a lot of meat left. I told them the symptoms of what I was experiencing in depth and they adjusted my drums. That was the issue. Didn’t jip me and cause unnecessary parts replacement. They were honest and resolved my issue. Truck breaks great now. I’ll recommend to anyone in Knoxville.

Needed a quick fix while in town after noticing strong vibration. Michael was awesome. Got me in quick and got me out quick. Best of all, the tires feel better now than they have since first being put on!!
