Best One Tire & Service of Jackson

Had a trailer that would not slide ( old style pull the bar out .) pins would not retract. Brakes were out of adjustment and rust galore just an old junk trailer.. Anyway after many attempts I gave up and stoped by there shop to have them repaired it, the man on the phone was somewhat hard to understand he directed me to the back doors and told me to back inside doors. Was met by two guys and they got right on it.. brakes were adjusted but trailer was still not budging ..! After many attempts and lots of oil it finally let loose.. yay was there about 2 hours. I asked them to readjust the trailer brakes and might as well do the Tractor too.. They did but very hesitant to do so. One brake was tightened too much and had a flat on one of the tires, the trailer skidding on one set of tires.. C

Drive tire blew on semi truck about 1830-TA hung up twice & Love's is closed for the night-BEST ONE TIRE SHOWED UP & SHOWED OUT! Aaron arrived and apologized for being 30 min late, due to road 🚧 & he was still within the 60-90 minutes window. He replaced my outer drive tire & mudflap within minutes!!! 2nd fastest tire I EVER had replaced 9 yrs of driving.

I drive for USA Truck. I had 6 blown tires. Stuff happens. After sitting all thru the night trying to find someone to come and do the repairs.. FINALLY, BEST ONE TIRE out of Jackson called and said he's on the way, I think within 90min it said..he got here right on time and replaced all 6 tires and the weather alone was bad but did such an amazing job with a great attitude. Aaron Stewart is top notch mechanic and I appreciate his hard work, had such a great attitude, and the dedication to get the job done right. Well done Best One Tire repair shop. I will continue to spread your name. Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you value your car and like to drive away feeling safe. There are other tires around, I know the price is good, but in the end for my experience it is not worth it. It seems that the training in progress bought a used tire so they said it needs to be changed, they can't fix mine, I asked if the tire was OK, they said it was OK, in the evening when I was standing in the parking lot I saw that I was cheated by these guys, Please refund my money.

Blew tire on my car hauler semi at 830 pm. They sent Aaron out and he got to me and had the tore changed in a total of 40 min. Fastest road call and tire change i have ever had. Friendly and fast service. Would definitely recommend.
