I was really excited to possibly get 2 vehicles from the dealership, went on test drive and both cars had issues. I was still thinking about the purchase till they had the nerve to tell me my 4x4 wasn't working. I engaged it in the parking lot! Be careful with these people. Their mechanic couldn't turn on my 4 wheel drive that works perfectly thank you. Idk I'd trust anything that mechanic has looked at. From previous reviews I see he doesn't know anything. Super bummed with this experience. I feel like they stoped trying to sell me a car because I was a capable gal that could tell things were not right with their cars. I was even still interested and they never got back to me.

I had the best experience with Best Price Auto Sales, and Jose specifically! My vehicle was stolen a couple months back in Colorado. So while in Albuquerque for the holidays i was car shopping!! Jose reached out via text and advised me they had the vehicle i was interested, still available- and others that i might be interested in. I showed up and he was extremely accommodating, and I was able to test drive 4 vehicles. I had a few other appointments set up at other lots, so i went to those later - but he followed up and lowered price on the one that i was most interested in. Worked with me diligently while i was at Nusenda. I would highly recommend them. They are out of the way, like a hidden little gem. Wonderfully happy with my X5 and the deal they gave me!

I had a relatively seemly trade with the dealership. I was lucky enough to see the car I wanted and I went right away to pick it up. Jose was very patient with my bank and myself. I was in the car in just three days. The back and forth with bank was the most time consuming. I am happy with my purchase and I will recommend doing business with them all day!
