Absolutely Terrible Service – Stay Away! I’ve brought three different vehicles here for repairs, and every experience was a nightmare. The work was sloppy and careless—on multiple occasions, they removed over 20 bolts and only put a few back in. That’s a serious safety concern. One of the worst examples: I brought in a large Ford for transmission work, and just a month later, the transmission fell out. That’s unacceptable. They also worked on my brand-new Chevy, and the results were equally disappointing. Just look at the picture—this is a clear example of the poor and unprofessional work they provide. I strongly believe they’re using unqualified workers, and from what I observed, many seemed inexperienced and possibly not properly trained. I would give them a minus 5 stars if I could.

Worst experience ever. Do not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Unprofessional, incompetent, dirty, highly disappointed with the service provided. After completing repair vehicles full of grease everywhere. Unsatisfied with the job. Missing parts and screws, engine covers. I had to take my suv three times after repair it has gotten worse. I don't recommend that place. Very expensive and they have unqualified mechanics. Unprofessional. They installed a used engine and now my alternator and compressor not working They did oil leak job at I'll leaking and other issues like weird noises are all over the engine. Very disappointed especially after I was accused of lying. Please, don't go there. I have much to say but you get the idea.DO NOT GO OVER THERE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR VEHICLE AND YOU

Went in asking for my truck to look a certain way they delivered. Worked with Eric and his customer service with me was fantastic. He kept his word and guaranteed his work. I left happy and recommend Best Buy Automotive. The team members take pride on doing great work.

I recently had to get some work done on my Kia Optima - needed new tires and alignment. Loved the service - the mechanics are very nice and knowledgeable. The office staff was also super nice. I recommend this shop for sure. I will definitely keep my car here for maintenance work. 10 out of 10
