First time at this shop, needless to say this will be my go to shop whenever im coming through the area. Brought my Volvo VNL860 here to get a tire monitor installed and it took them less than 10 minutes and I was back rolling

Dear BestDrive Customer Support, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at the Forest Park, GA location. I expected a high level of professionalism and service, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet those standards. I arrived at the location at around after 5:00 AM, and was to change two tires, took the wrong one which was a good tire that didn't need replaced and ended up throwing it away. Essentially, I did not get a full visual of what occurred at the shop due to it still was dark outside. I saw it for myself while currently working at one of the dump sites upon inspecting the tires again and I saw the careless action that was performed. I paid a total $402, $31 per tire, $25 fee to switch the tires around and also $135 for labor. The invo
