Best repair place of all time. I had to get a brake and lamp inspection and had a bunch of dumb little things to do and they did everything. And didn’t price gouge. Recommended 10/10

I would never trust this place to work on my mother’s car again. My mother who will be 77 years old this year is on a fixed income and relies on her van to volunteer for pet rescue adoption and getting around to pick up groceries and medical appointments. A few months ago, her Mazda van wouldn’t start. She took it to Beta smog to find out what was wrong with it. She and my dad has been going to HI for car repairs for over ten years. HI informed her that her car needed a new engine, and it would cost $4000 for the repair. I called HI to confirm on what he found with the van. HI informed me the van needed an engine replacement and it would cost $4000 to repair. He explained he would use a “used engine” to replace the original one. This is a family run business that was recommended by a friend. I had arrived from out of state, needed an engine part replaced for a smog test, and they were able to help. I received courtesy & respect from initial contact, to being notified the part had arrived, to being informed my vehicle was ready. The shop is a bit hidden so if you're unfamiliar with the territory, it may be tricky to find at first. I recommend Beta Smog & Tune and would gladly do business with them again.
