From Benjamin to Sixity, I recently purchased 6 NGK sparkplugs for my F150 EcoBoost and being me ordering on line from a parts store I have never purchased anything from, you just never know what your going to get so I ordered two sets one from SIXITY AUTO and one set from a major parts store known in my area just in case. and I have to say great job to SIXITY AUTO the parts arrived packaged nicely and protected safe and sound! And the set I ordered from the other parts store Autozone that cost me more $ arrived in a big box all six NGK one pack of 4 and 2 just bouncing around in the big box without any packing leaving them loose bouncing around in the over size box one sparkplug wasn't even in its box anymore and was beat up and when I ordered the sparkplugs I even used the same exact in

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 3–5 days, but the company never shipped it. Three days later, I had to follow up myself, and only then did they admit that the order had never been sent. I have the chat transcript confirming this. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing their mistake, they simply offered to cancel and refund me — as if that makes up for the lost time and inconvenience. Now the new delivery date is the 28th, more than a week after the original promise. To make things worse, their representative was unprofessional and even acted rude when I asked for a real solution. That’s not how a serious company handles its customers. When you screw up, you make it right — you don’t just tell the customer to take a refund and move on.

Dude these spark plugs WORK! lol! They just work so much better than the ones I had, I wish I’d known the brand on the old ones but just so much better, cranks the car faster

Horrible Customer Service. I placed an order and called 2 minutes later to cancel and they told me they would email me with confirmation. 3 hours later I called to follow up and they tell me the order cannot be cancelled and will be shipped out. They will not even offer a shipping label.
