We moved to Bethany Village 15 years ago and never regretted the move. The beautiful campus is augmented by great neighbors and friends, and a full calendar of activities supported by an incredible caring staff.
My parents who lived in a cottage on the east side, were there 20 years. Once they needed skilled care, the service went downhill fast. My mom was misdiagnosed by their physicians and died early because of it. The staff treated my dad poorly at the end and left everything to hospice. For me, a terrible nightmare.
Bethany Village is my home. I have made friends of people I never knew before and I’m involved with things I feel deeply about. It is a true blessing for my family to know that I will always be taken care of in a loving professional manner.
Excellent place to live. It's part of Bethany Village. East, West, and Towers. The people are all very nice. Many activities. They have a flea market, they serve food that is very good, and its very clean. The landscaping is beautiful. There is a bus to take people to malls and shopping. There is also a shuttle to transport residents from the various buildings. I am very happy to be part of Bethany Village.
The staff and all employees are genuinely friendly and helpful. Amanda in Marketing is amazing. Aiden, Bethany and Ashley are fantastic and enthusiastic leading with exercise classes. The wait staff in Springfields are very helpful and efficient. Extra kudos to Alexia in the Cafe.
