Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was driving on my donut because I just got a flat. They quoted me a great price for two new tires over the phone. When I got there to order the tires, I asked if they could just fix it for now, and I'd get new tires after Christmas. They plugged my tire and put it on the car, and it was only $20.00. I was there probably a total of 20 minutes at most. Fast, Friendly, and Affordable. Now I know why they are so busy.

Brought in 2 new carry in tires to mount and balance. I figured I would take before pics of balance weights to see if they actually balanced them. Short white kid told me $30 a tire to mount and balance. After about an hour of patiently waiting he finally brings them out and said your all all set. I looked him straight in the face and said your all all balanced them right? He said yes 100%. When I got home I decided to double check with pictures I took and saw all the old balance weights had not been touched. I went back and asked him who balanced my tires. He said he did. I then showed him before pics proving no balance was done. He got super nervous (busted). I told him I wanted my money back and was taking it to a reputable tire place. He said we don’t do refunds and rudely walked away

I took my car here for a simple tire replacement, and they managed to scratch two of my rims badly while installing the new tires. When I pointed it out, they showed zero accountability — no apology, no effort to make it right. Instead, they just shrugged and said, “that happens sometimes” and pulled out a sign claiming they’re “not responsible for damages.” That’s completely unacceptable. A professional tire shop should know how to handle wheels without causing visible damage — and when a mistake happens, they should at least own up to it. The attitude I got made it clear they don’t care about their customers or their vehicles. If you value your car and expect even basic respect as a customer, I would avoid this place at all costs.

I called and they gave me a great price for 2 tires. They came highly recommended from someone I work with and I agree.

Alex took care of an issue we had from the Conway location. With speed and understanding. I would give him 10 stars if I could for making my friends issue right.
