I went to the shop and Louise introduced himself to me and gave me his card. He said he could help me with my insurance claim repairs. He gave me a ride to my car rental place after I drop my car off for repairs there, and after my repairs I was able to leave my rental at the shop for enterprise to pick up. He was quick to respond to all of my messages regarding the insurance claim and timeline for the repairs. I’m very happy with the work, the price and the fact that they reattached my sunvisor which had become unattached unrelated to my accident. Luis went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable working with this shop for the first time. I’m so glad this worked out because they’re close to my house, within walking distance and I’ve driven by here many times. I highly recommend this

I wanted my 2017 Nissan leaf that has seen quite a few little scratches and dings in the course of the years be restored as if it were new because it works great otherwise and I have no reason to replace it except vanity and cosmetics. Well, let me tell you, Luis Beto serve both vanity and cosmetics in buckets and my car now looks fantastic as if it were new. And the fee for doing this was so low it was irresistible. Not only that but Beto people detailed the car is part of the deal so frankly if I wanted to, I’m ready to sell it at the highest price Beto help me recreate the new car experience with a machine that is truly remarkable and reliable at the highest level, I am so grateful

Got into a little accident, which caused deep scratches and deep dents. I went to a few different auto body shops around Long Beach, which all quoted me extremely high. I came to Beto’s and Luis worked with me and quoted me an extremely fair price. Once all of the parts were ready, he told me to bring it in, and told me it would be ready in a weeks time and ended up finishing the job sooner. I’m extremely happy with the outcome. Wouldn’t have guessed that the car had been in any accidents prior. I definitely recommend anyone to come here!
