Beto's Auto Repair

The photos show a 6 month progression after body work from Betos. I reached out to see if we could sort this out and I never got a response. Safe to say the $1200 was not worth it. I would have been a return client if this business would work with me to get this fixed but clearly my business is not important enough to even get back to me.

While on a long road trip from Washington State, was having problems with my intoxalock handheld device. (Not alcohol related). I had to find a place that serviced this dumb ass device. So, we found Beto's Auto Repair!!!! Thank God,!!!! They made time, repairs and exhibit such great customer service!!!! Great customer service, communication and overall a great experience. ( Under terrible circumstances). Thank you Beto's for everything. Most impressive!!! 😊 P.s. not to mention there 3 great bulldogs and some delicious Mexican food recommendations!!!! Staff is friendly and helpful. Questions to ask if you need their service how much is towing (I live 15 mins away and it was $240), diagnostics, storage, and what the tax is. I was out $400 for 3 days and no repairs. Part of it was my fault for not doing my part. Also, do not take for transmission work. They would rather sell you a car from their used lot than try to repair a transmission. Read what they do because transmission is not what they do and save yourself $400. Under different circumstances, I might have had a better experience, but in the end, they got paid, and I found a better place to get my car repaired.

Terrible service. They will charge you $52 for an outrageously expensive quote. Do not recommend. ZERO STARS
