I found a car at the Betten Hyundai dealership inI was interested in, I drove to the dealership and took the car for a test drive. I liked the car so I after talking with the salesman and going over some financing options my wife and I decided to go test drive it again. I let the salesman know a day or 2 in advance we were coming. I even let him know that we were running late that day. When we arrived at the dealership we chatted and then he went to find the car. He returned about 15 minutes later and said the car is missing and that someone must have taken it. Shouldn't he have had the care ready for us knowing we were coming so we didn't make a special trip to Muskegon. About 10 days later he sent me a text and said an employee let a friend of the family take the car while their car was

I live near Grand Rapids. Purchased a 2020 Hyundai Hybrid Limited in North Carolina at car Supercenter. Car was inspected and any maintenance done there. July 2025. I drove it back to Michigan. I decided on Betten to have car doublechecked as there was a rear sensor issue. This was September 8th. Betten maintenance fixed that, after much inspection, the sensor 😁 and found cabin filter needed replacing , also tires were not balanced correctly. I am very happy with the service and leadership people. The Ioniq, with 71,000 miles is running great so far this month. I will return for further needed work like oil / filter and recheck in case of any concerns / problems.
