I took my truck in for a front end alignment today 11/18/24. It was being serviced around 9 am. Alignment is better than it was but that isn't my main issue. When I got into my truck after the alignment, I immediately felt how filthy the steering wheel is. Maybe your techs should wear gloves when test driving? Wish I took pics of the wet wipes that I used to clean the steering wheel. My main concern is how your "tech" handled my vehicle. After making adjustments on the machines, he took my truck out for a test drive. I didn't count how many times he stopped to make adjustments on the side of the road, but it was over 10. Worst customer service and service ever I had my truck towed there for starting issue and after they received the truck I called them to check on my truck and they said that you have to make an appointment to get your car checked in. The earliest appointment was a week ahead and I asked for a loaner or rental since I bought the extended warranty from them for 6000$ and they said they will not be able to authorise the rental until they check the car On the appointment day I called 4 times to get a hold of the advisor and by the end of the day I was told that the battery is dead and the can’t start the car which is that was the issue I had to tow the car for After 3 days from the appointment day they said they tested the battery and it failed the test and that battery is 5 months old I came

This is the worst time to buy a car but we didn't have a choice. I'm so glad we went here. They were so patient with us as we did our research and asked questions. This didn't mark up the price with thousands of dollars of dealer mark ups. My husband finally has the truck he has always wanted.

Sold me a brand new jeep that has sqeeked since day one. Took almost 4 years to find the issue. Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago . Was told I would have a car to use while they fix it. Half asleep schlub at the desk on the morning of my appointment tells me I need to book in advance ( I did, because I was there for my appointment…) and then was told my warranty probably wouldn’t cover my issues, or a rental car. Complete waste of time. What service department can’t fix an issue with a brand new car ?? 4 years they still haven’t fixed it. Jeep was a mistake but this dealer seems to be the bigger mistake. My car was already up on the lift last time and they found where the noise was coming from I booked my appointment in advance , why am I starting from square one the day of my appointment
