BETTER COLLISION - Beaufort

Alexis was very helpful and informative. She doesn't over see the vehicles while in the shop but she is familiar with the process. She also got Enterprise to bring my vehicle to me which was a life saver. Thank you Better Collison!

I had a noise coming from the inside of my car door panel so I stopped in figuring I would need to make an appointment for later. Much to my surprise, the manager himself came out, took my car right in, and checked it out himself. While they weren't able to completely correct the problem, the noise was somewhat dampened. Turns out, a prior repair job (by a different company) had been done poorly. The folks at Better Collison made a few small corrections that they were able to do without a more expensive repair. And, much to my delight, they didn't charge me a thing! I will definitely be back if I ever need their services again.

Better Collision’s Sergey Mikhno is the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and precise body mechanic I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. The exterior of wife’s 2005 Honda looks brand new… not only that, the inside had been deep-cleaned. Kudos to Better Collision and Sergey for the wonderful work he did!
