Better Vision Detail & Car Spa

Please save your money and go elsewhere. I arrived and they stated it’ll be $55.00 because of dog hair. I agreed and dropped off my car for a later pickup. I didn’t ask for a full shampoo of the seats, but I expected the seats to be wiped down at least. There was still visible dirt and dog hair that could have been vacuumed or wiped up in various areas. See pictures below, I should have further inspected the car before leaving the lot. The tail and back window of my car was not wiped at all, I did immediately noticed and asked the gentleman to wipe it down. After paying and receiving my keys, my car battery died. I purchased a Groupon for an interior and exterior car detailing service. When I arrived, I was asked multiple times if I wanted add-on services like wax or stain removal. I clearly declined every time and stated that I did not want any additional services. While my car was being cleaned, I waited in the small waiting area. The staff member again came to me saying there were small stains and offered to remove them for an extra $30. I declined again and clearly said I did not want the add-on. To avoid any confusion, I even went back shortly after and reiterated that I did not want any extra services, and he said “okay.” However, when the service was finished, I was charged the additional $30 anyway. I literally have attempted to have my car detailed on two separate occasions but it was NEVER to my standards 😫 until I can across a Groupon for Better Vision Detail 🤩!! Upon pickup I was absolutely satisfied 😌.. It was the best detail service that I have had and I because of that I will return without the Groupon. This service was completed in less than 3 hours ⏳️ for the full interior and the trunk 🚗. Amazing results👏🏾👏🏾 and the guy who helped me was very courteous and even expressed that I could come back for touch ups without having to use Groupon. This is a service I will continue to use. ***BONUS*** It's within walkinh distance of my house!!!

Ok Jay is amazing. I showed up 10 mins late and my car was FILTHY. Dude handled it like a champ, still took it in for an exterior wash/interior vacuum. Finished in record time, was super nice, and the car looks and smells amazing. I'm not saying I WANT my car to get dirty again, but I'm kinda excited for it to happen so I can take it back here for a full detail.

I would not recommend nor would I ever go to them again. I won’t even get into the frustrating communication issues before, during, and after my appointment when the work itself was so bad and really the most important part. I wanted my car detailed specifically to have my seats cleaned (they merely had gotten dirty from having a dog, no serious stains) and I even called this out to them when I dropped it off. They look completely untouched, if not worse than before. The basic cleaning of the inside of the vehicle was sloppy (small smudges that are easy to clean are still there which makes me feel like they were completely careless) and when they finally called me to come pick the car up, my seats were SOAKING wet.
