Love the service and the staff the advisors were very thorough in ETA’s and told me upfront how long it would take to do an inspection on my car that Was surprisingly free of charge anywhere and everywhere else I’ve been service inspections have costed me on this alpha $1000 or more. Upon mid Inspection of my car I decided to have the oil changed by the staff because I felt like I was surrounded with family or friends. They’ve learned my trust and their reputation proceeds themselves. I will be returning..

Been coming here since May of 2024 and have nothing but positive experience, they take carmax warranty which is giant plus for me and they handle everything when it comes down to it. I have had 5 oil changes, they do a thorough inspection every time and have pictures of everything as well. Great place, highly recommend it!

I had a great experience with BG Automotive. They diagnosed my car and gave me a quote the same day, then got the repairs done quickly. Throughout the whole process they kept me in the loop with phone calls, which I really appreciated. The staff was helpful and kind, especially John, who made getting my Jeep fixed a breeze. To top it off, the final price ended up being lower than what they initially quoted me. Honest, efficient, and easy to work with — I’d definitely recommend BG Automotive.

I used BGAutomotive in north Loveland this past week for several items the dealership had recommended. I didn’t like how the dealership has gotten too fancy and impersonal. I took my vehicle in to BG Automotive in north Loveland to get their opinion. I really liked the front desk personnel. I received a thorough write up with items the mechanic recommended. I am happy to say I chose BG Automotive north Loveland and will continue to use them in the future.

We bring my wife's Yukon here for regular maintenance. Recently they found a couple issues that they brought to our attention. They quickly diagnosed it and went above and beyond to get it fixed. Braden was excellent to work with, and we've never had any complaints about their work. I would highly recommended BG Automotive for anything from oil changes to engine swaps!
