We purchased a bumper for an Impreza from B&HAuto Parts, and they assured us it was in insurance-grade, great condition. When we arrived, the part was quickly loaded into our vehicle without giving us a proper chance to inspect it. Once back at the shop, we immediately noticed the bumper was broken and damaged. We reached out right away, but they refused to offer a refund or exchange, even though the part was clearly not in the condition they claimed. This was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. If you’re buying from B&H Auto Parts, make sure you fully inspect your parts before they load anything — we definitely wouldn’t recommend them based on our experience.

A Very Dishonest Company We drove from San Diego to purchase a used engine from B&H after being told it had approximately 60,000 miles. The engine was not ready on the scheduled day, so the company delivered it the following day. Once the engine was removed and inspected by our mechanic, corrosion was found on two bolts along with clear signs of an oil leak. Due to these issues, the engine was deemed unsuitable for use. We immediately contacted B&H and were informed that the engine was covered under a three-month warranty and could be returned for a refund. When we returned to the shop, a representative then stated that the engine core needed to be returned within ten days. This requirement was never clearly explained at the time of purchase or during our prior communication regarding

Checked inventory on a part for 4 days. First day got a fair price and said I could come by that day, "just let me confirm it is in stock." Then two days of "we still have to check stock." On the 4th day the price went up 50%.

Zero stars not for the blown engine sold to me or all the expensive two times mechanic labor not refunded. They replaced with one that works good. But the zero stars are for the core tax of 70$ that they didn't wanted to refund me only because I don't have an recipe paper, just an photo of recipe on my phone. 0 empathy with the costumer. Would not recommend to anyone this place. Total waste of time.

Omg. They had everything I needed to fix my BMW. They helped me find the parts that actually fit my car... Even thought they were from different years, the parts for absolutely perfect! I highly recommend B & H Auto Dismantling in Gardena
