Being out-of-state with a breakdown can be nerve-wracking and an ordeal (will I find a reputable place, not overpriced, and available to help). Though Taylor was maxed with vehicles, and 1 mechanic hospitalized, he still squeezed in the truck with a short wait. James got on it, finding underlying issues and got to work. This team is impressive, and completely work as a team like perfect-aligning cogs! Tyler took time to explain things; Taylor and Tyler frequently checked in with James to see what parts, or help, were needed. Even in the cold and wind, they were steadfast. Took my 2007 GMC Duramax in for transmission hoses, fluid, and filter. Glowplugs, and fan belt. They test drove the truck, and gave the a-ok. As I drove off, I noticed that the belt was making noise. I thought, new belt, normal. Two days later, the belt breaks. I called and told them what happened. I was blamed for giving them the wrong belt, (brand new Napa belt, bought a month earlier, for my make and model of truck) so they said they couldn't help me. I paid way too much money to them, to get blamed for them installing the belt wrong. I took it to my local garage, and was told the belt was routed around a fan shroud bolt. If that is the kind of service you get from them, I would not recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a BMW 2017 i3 and could not find anybody to work on this vehicle. I even took it to the BMW dealership in Roanoke they had it for a week and a half and did nothing basically. I found bib automotive and spoke with Taylor and felt comfortable from the get-go of the conversation that they knew exactly what they were doing with an EV they have worked on Tesla's Priuses and others. So I had mine taken there they look through it they didn't find anything at all and I was only charged for a reasonable charge of checking it out I am extremely excited to have found a good mechanic that can work on my vehicle that is in my range. Simply awesome shop. I'd just bought a car for my son in Nebraska and learned the hard way that it had undisclosed issues. By some miracle, I lucked into seeing Bibb and stopped to see if they could help identify the check engine issue and if the car was roadworthy. Tyler, Taylor and their crew were amazing and helpful with fixing a bad air sensor and determining the issue with a reported misfiring cylinder. These are really good people and I'm very lucky to have found them in a time of need. Thanks again guys.
