I just did business with Peddle.com and they sent Bibs over for the pick up. I was given a set quote online and when the driver got there he took a picture of the catalytic converter under the car and stated it was not original which I find interesting. It was like almost planned out because the check was written for the deducted $100 and $100 was in cash. It seemed like a scam. I'm sure they do this often or the drivers end up keeping the cash as pay. I said no, this was a set amount and he ended up handing the $100 cash. Peddle needs to not do business with them if this is how they're going to work. God don't like ugly.

I agree with most of the bad reviews such poor customer service overcharge for parts and guy at counter very rude demeanor. Ask for parts early in morning before 9am came around 3pm parts not ready. Also on receipt I have one charge and the realized difference of another $10 additional on bank account. I asked about the extra charge he claims credit card machine charge, it's ridiculous BS. I told him on receipt was different and he then rudely ask "what u want me to do". I told him give me the refund of $10 dollars at least he then replied "no". And this was almost a $200 order. Then since parts was not even started being taken off donor vehicle he told me "so u want a refund" with attitude I replied " yeah give me the refund" I walked out so furious. They Lost good business from me always

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The staff here, especially the owner Tony is rude, unhinged, and extremely unprofessional. If you can avoid this place, run! They scream and curse at customers after damaging your car. As the other posts here show, this place is an absolute nightmare.

SCAM!!!! Bibs auto quoted us $340 online for our old ford truck which is about 27 years old! Body was original in very good condition! Lots of new parts too! They asked over the phone if vehicle was complete and if catalytic converter was in vehicle and I told them yes! When driver got here they said the catalytic converter was not original so they have to deduct me $100! Um the vehicle is 27 years old how in any way can it be original? Total bait and switch scam! I should have went with company on Craigslist.com that offered me more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Danny was completely unprofessional. He told me the part was ready, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting an hour—only for him to say it would take another hour. It was a total waste of my time.
