2023 GMC Sierra - Engine Replacement with less than 25,000 miles My experience with Bidleman Service department was one of the worst I have ever had when needing service completed on my GM vehicle. The customer service I received from the service department was so disappointing. I constantly had to call to get updates on my vehicle only to be told their service techs had to be pulled off my vehicle to work on other things, the service manager I interacted with was incredibly unprofessional with how he spoke to me and handled this service and to top it off when I finally got the call to pick up my truck, after almost 2 months of waiting for it, the truck was not given back to me in good condition. I bought a 60k plus vehicle from Bidleman Chevrolet GMC, and had nothing but a run around from the first time I walked into the dealership!! If I could of found the same vehicle at another dealership I would have never stepped foot back into Bidleman's!! I was lied to by several people at that dealership and all they would do was point the finger at the next guy 👉 ... i'am a 60 + yr old man and have bought and sold several vehicles in my life and know one thing for sure I'll NEVER BUY FROM Bidleman Chevrolet GMC AGAIN!!!.... We make our appt on our app for oil and rotation, after calling to confirm, was Told by Tony (service rep) in not so good customer service mannerisms that the online coupons don’t pertain to combos of services. And that I need to print and summit at time of services for him to determine whether or not I can apply to service bill. Ever since Tony was hired by Bidleman, your communications have declined. The actual mechanic was much nicer when we arrived and led us to the new service waiting room.

Had an oil, lube, filter and rotated tires done and I was very satisfied with the time, price and professionalism of the service department. "Thank you" to Jeremy and his service crew!! Keep up the great work and I'll be back when service warrants. I highly recommend Bidleman Chevy !!

I bought my used vehicle about a year ago from here about a year ago and I’ve been pretty happy with the customer service I have received over the past year. I’m not thrilled to be charged an hour of labor to put a hose back that was unattached during a recent oil change at valvoline, but thankfully valvoline is reimbursing me for my out of pocket expense at the dealership.
