I have worked with 4 different mechanics in Prescott and Prescott Valley on my 1986 Toyota Supra. I wish I had started with Biel's four years ago and skipped the rest. Rich is the owner of Biel Foreign Repair, and he answers the phone himself! I was impressed that I was able to speak directly to him about my vehicle. The first thing I noticed is that he actually cares about his customers. He was able to find the hard to find parts, install, and fix everything that needed to be repaired on my vehicle at a very fair price. His team's workmanship is top-notch. I’m so glad I found this place! I recently brought my 2015 TDI Passat here because my check engine light was intermittently coming on and it just wasn’t driving like it should, it was being sluggish. My heater was also not working. I was worried because this vehicle is my only transportation. I live in Prescott but work in PV. The entire process went super smoothly and everyone I had an interaction with was very kind. They were honest, upfront, and very fair. While my vehicle was being worked on they let me use a loaner vehicle so I could get to and from work. My vehicle is running great now and my heater works. I will surely be bringing her back any time she needs any work or maintenance done. I highly recommend this place they are really great!

No one in town had a battery for my Fiat, or could even order it. I called Biel’s and they not only had the battery on hand, but had me come down around 4:30 (they closed at 5) and installed the battery and had me out the door before 5! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and efficient. They are life savers!

These guys did a timing belt job when I didn't need one. I'm out of money and I have to salvage my car now. I was referred my Central AZ Auto Techs for a timing belt change because of a misfire. I told Biel's that I had a misfire and the other guy said I needed a new timing belt. They did the work blindly, and when the car started misfiring the day I got it back I asked them and they said that there was nothing wrong with the timing belt, It wasn't stretched and looked new. They also said that the timing belt wouldn't cause a misfire. They failed to mention this before I spent $1200 on the timing belt I didn't need.
