Although their shop is almost an hour from where I reside, they are absolutely worth it!!! This was my 3rd time bringing a vehicle into Big 3 collision. Randy Ramy and their entire team are honest experienced hardworking people that make you feel taken care of as if you’re their family. We have always had a wonderful experience with this collision shop, especially dealing with Mazen. They do great work and in a timely manner. Today I was told by my dealership that they needed 1-2 days to fix an issue I was having with my trunk latch so I decided to see if Big 3 could do it for me. Rami answered my call and told me he could take care of it and sure enough he was able to fix it and get it back to normal within an hour.

Absolutely wonderful Point blank period. I went in to get an estimate, and I was given the best service, much more than I would have ever expected. I was greeted with smiles and kindness. I felt welcomed. I explained that I wanted to get an estimate for damage to my vehicle. To my surprise, the response was, we will take care of that for you no charge. I was asked to have a seat while it was being worked on. Not only did they make my car look great for FREE! They blessed my day with kindness! And in today’s world that speaks volumes.
