Big 5 Tire & Auto

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Took my truck to get an alignment but said that it couldn’t be done because I was missing a Carter key on my ball joints. So instead of putting some Carter keys on my vehicle they just tell me they can’t do it. The workers are lazy all of them just stand around. Also had no call that they weren’t gonna work on my vehicle I had to call and get An update. Just pure laziness nothing like the big 5 in Longview. No not recommend going here.

Hands down the best auto shop I’ve been to. The team is honest, fast, and explained everything clearly before doing any work. They finished the job quickly, kept me updated, and charged a very fair price, they actually care about their customers.

The shop had my vehicle in to replace an oil pump, while there a coolant hose they managed to break while it was being worked on already, leaving an extra almost $100 bill from a part they broke, that i wasn’t informed of until i went to pick up the car. They were hard to get ahold of, i dropped it off around noon and was told it would be ready at the end of the day. It wasn’t ready that day or the next. the leak was coming from the drain plug, which i replaced a few days later and fixed the leak. they did the last oil change and didn’t put an o-ring on the plug before putting it back in. was charged almost a grand to fix a nonexistent issue, just for it to be something they did incorrectly previously. they also left the skid plate off the underside of the car, and when i brought it back t

This place is the most wholesome place you will ever go to with your car needs. I was driving cross country and almost halfway through, my tire was losing air. I had stopped at a Walmart and all they were willing to do, as it was after hours, was add air so I can drive more. I drove about 2 more hours and my car indicated my psi was low. I stopped to try and get more air, but it was late and all gas stations had their hose wires cut. I got a room in a hotel and in the morning my PSI was 6. With my hazard lights on, I drove to this establishment and they received me amazingly. Aaron patched my tire for me and made sure air wasn't leaking out from anywhere else. I do NOT recommend the Big 5 in Marshall! I took my car in for an oil change and a rotate & balance. Once I got in my car and left Big 5 my car had a hard right pull, so I took my car back. They first tried to blame it on the style of tire I had, but then quickly realized they were completely wrong. Two of my tires had been separated. Instead of wanting to fix the problem, they just wanted to throw the two bad tires on the back and let me drive home and then come in the next day for new tires since they had to be ordered. Fast forward a week later and I am stranded on the side of the road with my two year old daughter because my car is trying to overheat. Come to find out I have absolutely no coolant. I will never go back to that place of business again. I can only hope they learn from the
