Charles, Howard, and crew are awesome mechanics and super friendly! I will not take my 2008 Jeep anywhere else. I trust their craft and have never been disappointed. They keep my Jeep on the road!

I was passing through the area when all of a sudden my window (which was rolled down) wouldn't roll back up. I stopped here and two of the shop manually pulled it back up. They creatively used cardboard to hold it up, which got me to my destination. Thanks!

Over the years I have used many of the services provided by other automotive technicians. I have found it necessary to seek different service from the various repair shops, due to a lack of knowledge or sadly, because of a lack of honesty and integrity. I was blessed to discover Big Al's Garage. They have proven themselves to be second to none in knowledge as mechanics; and they are the most honest and trustworthy in their pricing. If they can't fix your vehicle it is most likely that it is time to purchase a new car. I honestly trust and have every confidence in Big Al and his professional staff.

Big Al's is not just a great shop to get repairs done. It is a place you can go without the worry of being taken advantage of or being over charged. I dropped off an old diesel that had been sitting for a while and needed a good bit of work done. I am more then happy with the quality of work, professionalism and price that I paid. That is not to say the process was completely smooth. A few issues arose with the vehicle, but they were handled quickly and above my expectations. I will absolutely be using Big Al's for future work on my vehicle even if I have to drive a way to get there (I live in VA). That is my level of satisfaction with their service.
