The word "crook" fits perfectly for the owner of this towing company. My vehicle was towed less than five miles and he charged me $890.00. He would not allow me access to my vehicle without paying CASH. He then did not want to provide me with a bill or a receipt. He said that he would email them to me. Quite naturally I would no leave without a receipt so he had someone bring back a booklet of generic receipts. He never emailed me my copy of his outrageous bill.

Twan went way above and beyond to take care of me in a tough situation. My alternator died over the weekend while visiting the area 2.5 hours from home. He showed up at my location and despite it being an import vehicle with hard to find parts, he tapped into multiple of his connections and resources to get the correct parts, to the right place, in the fastest time, and got everything completely fixed. Throughout the project he maintained an amazing positive attitude, communicated constantly, and came through on everything he said he would do to get it done. Twan is excellent! He stayed on the phone trying to find a machine shop/driveshaft. He was done with it the same day and I was able to see my family at Christmas. 10☆ isn't enough.
