My daughter had major car issues on I-10 so she needed to find help right away. We called Big Bend Tire and they said they would see her as soon as she got there. They took good care of her and didn't rip me off. They were very honest and great mechanics. Very thankful she made it here!

Came in with two leaking tires. Turns out it was the rims that were leaking. Owner was so nice, he didn’t even charge me to check them due to my bad luck. Great service and very nice people. Highly recommend

I was recommended this place by my step dad as he has used them for all his vehicle repairs for over a decade. Unfortunately, I did not have the same positive experience. My car had been in storage for a year and needed work to get it running properly again for a cross country military move. They were asked to inspect everything top to bottom, and find everything needing repair to make it safe to drive across the US. The first time it was picked up, the car was rattling so loud, we took it back. The owner inspected it and realized his mechanic had missed $1700 worth of issues. Including one that was a major safety issue!!! This is unacceptable, as I would never have let $1500 of work be done the first time to then do another $1700 job.
