I cannot say enough about this place. I would give him 10 stars if I could. We were on our way home from vacation and my husband's truck was having transmission problems so we pulled off to let the cars go by. There was on old tire and rim in the tall grass and it busted both my passenger tires. He met us after 5 on a Saturday and put 2 new tires on for me so I didnt have to come back and get my car on Sunday or Monday. He is the bomb and we appreciated it so much!

I was on a road trip from Panama city to Jacksonville. My whole car began to shake violently!!! I originally went to big bend tires down the road from Keaton, but oddly enough they did not have my tire size. So I very slowly made it to Keaton a little ways down the road and they were closed,!!!!! So I call the number on thr building and a nice gentleman answered and informed me they didn't plan on coming into the shop that day. But once he found out I was traveling he cake to my rescue! I will forever be grateful to the lovely man who came and helped me! Kudos to Keaton tire!!!

So thankful for service provided to us by Ed from Keaton tire on a Saturday evening 2/26/22! He was able to come to our rescue on I 10 Westbound when we experienced a blowout of an RV tire. Ed was so helpful and friendly, he was even able to provide an option for another tire as a spare, so we could continue our travels back to MI safely and replenished with a spare. I was sold tires for an entire year, my car was continuously shaking , i was told by them i needed to get alignments i got 7 in 1 year and continued buying tires , went to Thomasville for an alignment the last time 2 days after buying another tire and they said the reason my car was shaking was because the tires were the wrong size. I bought tires from them and went back to Keaton and they wouldn't refund my money and said that's the size that was on my car , well they put that size on my car within the year i bought 5 tires , they also said , the tire place in Thomasville was taking advantage because i was a woman. The man let me see where the tire sizes were located and said perfessionals would have known to advise me they were the wrong size so who was taking advantage of a woman. Since

We had a flat tire on I-10 and they met us at the tire shop after hours and had our tire patched and back on the car quicker than it took us to put the spare on. Super friendly. Saved our trip.
