Took my car into a different auto service for tire rotation, oil change and inspection. Recommended $2399.36 plus tax to replace control arms. A nail in tire was not dicussed. Took to Big Brand who suggested replace ball joint only. Saving over $1000. Repaired nail in tire. Found a rat nest under engine cover. Mark is very professional and very knowledgeable. Big Brand Tire and Service is my go to for automotive service in Anthem, AZ.

Shop used channel locks to rotate the tie rod and gouged the brand new powder coat down to the metal all the way around the entire tie rod. Brand new $625 high end tie rod looks terrible after Big brand’s alignment. I was told they can’t do anything about it. Extremely disappointed, you should think twice if you want this quality on your own vehicles.

Just put on 35 inch ko2’s on my jeep wrangler… they had the cheapest price we could find nearby and they got it done in less than a day from when we ordered the tires! We also got an alignment done Dominic’s we had not done that in a while and that went perfectly and was very reasonably priced!

Searching for, then finding a doctor, dentist or any specialized care, that you can trust, is a headache. Finding the same in an auto mechanic is just as important! Having a family of trade professionals and knowing my stuff, I can recommend and believe this shop is where you need to go. No BS, no high pressure sales, thorough with service, and straight forward. So disappointed!!! Decided to give the little guy a try. What a mess they left my car in. Some kind of grease to get the new tires on, I presume . However, they made no attempt to clean it off. I tried and was unsuccessful. I called to let them know and they couldn’t have cared less . I asked for the manager to call me back. He never did!
