Discount Tire

Had a flat tire on the side of the freeway. Was able to be picked up momentarily to bring my singular tire in to be fixed. Went to this location (Anthem), After standing there for 5-10 minutes with zero greeting or acknowledgement, finally I was attended to. Was told it would be about 2 hours since they were busy which I understand completely. After waiting for 3 hours I called to find that they never even started the work. This phone call was answered by a man named Morgan, who in this call sounded very displeased with having to assist me, and was told they would call back to let me know what is going on. After literally 5 minutes I was called back by Nick who was very helpful and told me the damage was unrepairable and I would need a new tire, they did not have the same brand in stock so

EDIT: Jose and Anthony made everything right. Thank you, gents! The spare tire has been installed. Typically no nonsense store. Good prices, great staff, quick service. Unfortunately not at this location. I had a blowout on I-17 so the tow truck drove me at this location (not my typical DT location). Dimitri was determined on selling me a full set of tires, not looking at the current tires to see if there was a discount/warranty adjustment he could give me, not looking at other options for a cheaper price since I wasn't thinking I'd be buying a new set of tires that day. As I was looking for an update, Dimitri was outside looking at an engine in a custom truck. The price was still reasonable, but could have been better. I think Mr. Halle would be upset at this one.

Jordan gave me white glove service. I had a budget and he worked with me. I was very pleased with his knowledge and expertise and professionalism. He will be my friend for life now. I will always do my business with him pertaining to my tires. He even made him shine for me as I left I felt so special and cared for. Thank you Jordan You are a true example of a spirit of excellence!!!

I had an excellent experience at the Anthem Discount Tire thanks to Dane and Morgan. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. Dane was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all my options without any pressure. Morgan was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, but Dane and Morgan really set the standard. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my tire needs and recommending this shop to friends and family.
