I’ve been doing business at this location long before the name changed and I was worried if it would stay quality. It has only improved in my opinion. Recently I had them do a significant repair to my GMC Denali Dually and also perform some basic maintenance while in for this repair. Had them also do new shocks and some new tires and imill say that the manager, Justin, is a man of integrity and stands behind their work. They’ve put a couple of sets of tires on this truck for me and initially after one day on the road they took time to listen and also accepted that the first set was not performing well and suggested a larger tire and replaced them by only charging me the cost difference. Both my work truck and personal trucks are retired here with Toyo tires and I couldn’t be happier. Hard

The service provided by Justin and his team was exceptional. I brought my truck in for a slow tire leak, and they not only repaired it at no charge but also arranged for an Uber to transport me to a scheduled appointment. This gesture was particularly impactful given my recent job loss. It truly highlights how seemingly minor actions can have a significant positive effect. I subsequently authorized and paid for a wheel alignment, and the tire repair was completed. My sincere gratitude to Big Brand.

Justin and his team were AMAZING! 🤩🤩🤩🤩 I went in for a brake and rotor check today. Justin was so kind and listened carefully to my needs. Both times I’ve been they have been so kind, calm, present, and helpful. Never an upsell just info and data and options. I cat say how wonderful my experiences here have been. I would HIGHLY recommend.
