I had a puncture and other tire shops refused to repair it, telling me I needed to replace the tire for over $100. Big Brand Tire & Service patched it quickly and free of charge. The manager was honest, professional, and very helpful. Really appreciate the service — highly recommend!

Great experience both for my first and second visit. I bought tires here earlier and came back for a rotation and winter checkup. I had an appointment at 11 and was done by 12, they even swapped out my wiper blades for me. The inspection came back great, and I really appreciated not having a forced upsell - they told me everything looked great and to enjoy my day as they handed me my keys. No frills, good service, good people - I'll be back.

Best service I’ve ever received. I was helped by Mike and he made the experience great and easy. He was very nice and helpful as well as the other staff and took great care with the car as well as Informing me of the repairs they had done. Great place and great people.

Big thanks to these guys ! I was able to bring my car in for a coolant issue and within a few hours it was fixed and running like new again. I appreciate their warmth and transparency throughout the entire process, as car things make me anxious. They were able to get me in and out within a few hours. I needed an alignment right away, and was hoping not have to buy new tires. I took my car to Big Brand Tire & Service today Saturday afternoon, the car was done a couple of hours later. I didn’t have an appointment but they still work on my car and it now runs great. I highly recommend this shop. Their customer service is great, and their technicians/mechanic do excellent work. I’ll take my car here again.
