Omar Great guy at the computer checkout great service from him most definitely will recommend ✓ ☝🏻 he gave me all the important information over the phone when I called I definitely needed two new front car tires and they had them in stock & showed me the paperwork when I got there 👍🏻 he knows his tire information - $100 cheaper than discount tire ! Plus they had free hot coffee and water while I waited definitely would come back here again !

Omar was a big, big help. I told him what I needed done/replaced, and they handled it perfectly. It took awhile for the tires to come in, but it was well worth it. The guys there were very professional, straight to the point and they didn’t BS me with extra services or anything like that. Unfortunately I don’t know the other gentleman’s name that work in the front desk, but both him and Omar were great. I highly? Highly recommend their services. 10/10.

First time getting service from this company and I am impressed by the quality of service and professionalism. Ricky was great taking my call and being honest with me. The mechanic who diagnosed my problem with spot on and made the repairs in a timely manner. Great overall customer service. Now I will have them take care all my vehicles.

I always come here with no problems however this time the technician failed to complete the required work. I discovered the issue before leaving the shop and had to come back with the vehicle the next day to have the work completed. Apparently there is no quality control measures in place to ensure all the work is complete.

Great customer service. Matt and Omar were very helpful and super nice! They were thorough and got my car repairs done. I had to use my warranty and Big Brand Tires took care of all the challenges with dealing and navigating through the warranty asks. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any future car repairs.
