We had a problem that was occurring in our car so we took it here to get it fixed. They had our car for about a week and when we got it back, these stains were all over the top of our car and there was a new noise happening. We then took it back in and they said there was nothing wrong with it and that no one heard the noise even though we could clearly hear the noise. Then they wouldn’t fix it when we took it back in a third time.

Bret and Jose did great! Jose was kind and patient while helping me pick tires out and The great service work with Bret did on my car gives me peace of mind knowing it was done throughly and correctly!! Thank you so much, I will definitely be back!

We were driving in from out-of-state to drop our daughter off at college when her AC went out half way there. I called Integrity, and they worked us in right away. They got us a quote quickly and fixed it within the same day. They even went out of their way to pick up our daughter and bring her to the auto shop to pick up her car since we had to leave before it was done. We will definitely be using them to service her car in the future!

Good price on tires and friendly service. Had some issues with tie rod on my F-250 but they were able to repair that.

Best customer service around from the front desk to the techs in the shop ,. Best shop in Searcy highly recommended wouldn't go anywhere else . Good job guys
