Big Brand Tire & Service

This place is great!!! I walked in, they knew my name, they knew my car and had impressive customer service! I will not go anywhere else! As a single mom I send my daughter there for service and feel safe that they will take care of her vehicle and her as a young consumer, teaching her customer service should be done!!

Took in my car, planning on a break job because of that sound you hear when it’s time. Also needed oil change and tire rotation. Within about 30 minutes they told me my brakes were fine, just a part of wheel well shroud had come loose and was rubbing. They fixed that for free, did my wheel rotation for free, and my oil change all within about 30 minutes. I told them thank you for that honesty, I will absolutely be back.

Mark is amazing me, my husband and our children go to him for all our tires and now oil changes. Luckily haven’t had to do more repairs. Thanks Mark

They were amazing. I was a store manager for service centers for 35 years and the service I received was 1st rate. The shop was clean and the waiting area was amazing.!!
