I have a rental car and noticed a small tear on one of the tires, so I was concerned it might be an issue. I took it to this place, and they were incredibly helpful. He took the time to carefully inspect the tire, explained everything clearly, and reassured me that there was nothing to worry about. I didn’t want to change it because I’m on a holiday trip and didn’t have time. and also because it was a rental car. The rental car company stated they will take care of it. He also noticed my tires needed air and filled all of them—at no charge. I really appreciated the honesty and care. Excellent customer service.

This place is absolutely the best. I stopped by this morning to do a repair on a flat tire. These guys are honest they did a great job. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The price is incredible. They have a great selection of tires and their service is absolutely top-notch. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for your great work and your honest customer service.

Previously wrote a review on the Big Brand Tire store in Murrieta. Today was in the Temecula area and visited the Big Brand on Jefferson Blvd to get some service on the Toyota Camry Brake fluid and Power steering flush, Met Rio the service manager was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Rio got me in for service right a way. Didn’t meet any of the service crew this time around, the service was quick and the results was great! I would highly recommend this shop if you live or near the area.
