Big Bulldog Towing

David was exceptional. We are smack dab in the middle of a winter storm. David called me right away to ask questions about the car and our situation and gave me a very reasonable time line. He showed up and was knowledgeable, kind, patient and had had our car out of the ditch in less than 10 minutes. We appreciate you so much. Thank you!

Within 5 minutes of my AAA Request I had received contact from a tow driver, David, and within 30 minutes, he was onsite loading my vehicle for a tow. Very fast, and very friendly. Got me to a shop safely and quickly. Great service. Better individual 👍🏼

Response time was super fast they were here within 20mins, they sent Neil to come out to give me a jump start, turned out I had the same tool he was using so he took the extra minute and showed me how to properly use it and was super helpful

I requested Toyota Roadside Assist for a battery jump. I didn't get the name of the Big Bulldog driver who responded. Unfortunately the battery didn't respond to the jump. The driver was very pleasant and even apologized. I called back for a tow. This time Henry from Big Bulldog responded. He said he would try to jump it again unless I'd rather he tow it. I agreed and it started. He told me to let it run for 10 minutes before driving it. About 15 min after he left it died. I called again, Henry came back.He was very efficient and careful while preparing my car for the journey to the dealership. I was very impressed, Henry knows his stuff obviously.Thank you so much,Henry and thank you also to the first driver. You did what you could but sometimes things just don't go right.5***** for the B
