I took my car in for brake replacement in November. I dropped my car off and within a day or two, they called to say it was ready to be picked up. I could not make it there till the next day. Upon my arrival, they could not locate my keys. I saw them unlock a different vehicle and get my keys from the floor board of that vehicle. THEN.... I noticed my sunroof was open. Normally, that might be just a simple mistake but it poured the night before. My sunroof was open ALL NIGHT in the rain. There was not explanation just a "I don't know what happened" from Skip the owner. The whole interior of the car was soaked. The solution I was given was to leave it there for them to dry it up.
