Big Chief Tire

I initially went to Big Chief Tire because I needed an alignment on my Tacoma truck. I was so impressed that I decided to schedule my next oil change service with them. I also needed new tires. They made some great recommendations and were able to tackle that on the same visit, with just a few days notice. While I was there, I mentioned that I was due for a brake service and was planning to go to the dealership for that. They worked with me on the price and were able to perform the service while I was there, saving me what would’ve been a whole day at the dealership! I am thankful for Big Chief Tire and the great service they have provided me and my family, along with the peace of mind of knowing my vehicle is operating safely. My experience at big Chief tire was absolutely amazing even though I knew I was gonna be there for a little while, it gave me time to observe the customers and the employees interaction and a three personnel that work behind the desk they were outstanding to every person that came in that Office and I was there from 3 PM to almost 5:30pm. The interaction between the mechanics and employees behind the desk was as if it was rehearsed. That’s how in tune they seem to be which made it easier for the employees behind the desk to relate the information to the customers rather be on the phone or in the lobby. I can’t remember the other two people’s names they were awesome but Mia is the standard when it comes to customer service and that should be commended

They were incredibly thorough giving my vehicle the inspection it desperately needed. I knew of most of the issues I needed and they gave me a full diagnostic of what else I didn't know needed to be done immediately and what could wait. I appreciated being able to communicate through text with all of the pictures and video they provided, I was even able to approve and proceed with services. I will definitely be back to complete my list, and felt welcomed to be there.

As always, I say again: these guys are unbeatable in every possible way. Starting from the quality of service, through the reasonable prices, and to the most important thing for me, which is the fact that all employees, from the front desk to the mechanics, without exception, care about the customer and do their best to make the customer happy and satisfied... Yesterday I installed two new tires on one vehicle and all four tires and an alignment on the other. As always, I highly and sincerely recommend this place. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

Amazing from start to finish! Received a reasonable quote, made the appointment for 3PM. The tire they ordered for my car was already there! Service started quickly! Excellent communication throughout the service! I also had my battery replaced and they did not stop until it was done! I truly appreciated and enjoyed this whole experience! And the woman who works at the desk was incredibly sweet and helpful!
