Big Dan's Car Wash

It was my 1st time visiting and trying out this car wash and I was thoroughly impressed. I was greeted by the attendant and she was very friendly. The car wash did a great job cleaning my vehicle. The post car wash section where you can vacuum, clean the interior and dry off your vehicle were excellent. They offered microfiber towels to clean and dry off your vehicle at each station. The vacuums have strong suction which is makes cleaning through interior floor of your vehicle. They also have cleaning stations for either carpet floor mats and rubber floor mats. I love the rubber floor mat cleaning station because you can wash, scrub and air blow dry the rubber floor mats. The worst car wash experience ever. The employees were unhelpful and unprofessional, starting with the manager, who instead of setting an example for his staff, showed arrogance and complete unwillingness to serve. He acted as if he didn’t understand, and his behavior came across as racist and discriminatory. My wife may not be a native English speaker, but she speaks very professional and educated English. She politely asked the Brazilian attendant to please turn on the vacuum for five minutes so she could quickly vacuum the car after it was dried, to avoid stains. Instead of helping, the attendant arrogantly pretended not to understand and told her to ask the manager. When my wife called the manager, he simply ignored her and walked away. My first time here was today and I loved it so much I signed up for their Unlimited $39 premium plan!! One of their BEST features is the rubber mat washing station ...WOW! Complete with soap, brush and mini pressure washers i was able to clean my rubber mats quickly and easily like never before. Wonderful place!! Absolutely fantastic and amazing, I loved everything about it and will keep coming back to keep my brand new 2025 Sentra SR in tip top condition 😀!!

Big Dan’s is hands down the best carwash in the area. The team there takes real pride in their work, every visit feels consistent, fast, and genuinely welcoming.
