Big Dog Tires Pendergrass GA

I got a flat tire in the middle of a long drive from SC to FL, called a handful of other places but they were all closed (it was Sunday). Luckily this place picked up instantly and were able to take me immediately. As soon as I arrived, they got to work and they replaced my tire in under 30 minutes! Amazing service, and not too pricey either. They had me back on the road so quick and I am so grateful! Thank you!!

This place was awesome called them from the road.... after my tire went flat they checked to see if they had my tire, even though they were extremely busy they took great care of my husband and myself. Everyone was so friendly and helpful... if I didn't live so far id come here for all my car needs....

Surprisingly a really great shop. They are super fast to get to working. The technician saved me from buying another tire. The tire had a hole in it and the technician plugged it and it is holding air perfectly fine now. They even did it at a discount because the first time they misdiagnosed it. In and out in 15 minutes.

I came to leave a review and am genuinely surprised to find that I am just another drop in the bucket. I can say that every mention of their integrity, empathy, skill, and fair prices being outstanding are accurate. I truly felt as though they were going above and beyond for us because we had trouble with our diesel truck on a road trip with three young kids in the back. I was extremely grateful for their help but now that I see (from the reviews here) that this is simply how they are with every single customer, I am blown away. Big Dog is the Chick-Fil-A of auto service. Tammy & Paco, you saved our trip when it was about to end abruptly. I’d drive 50 miles out of the way to do business here again. Alex was great. I needed quick service and he could tell I was in a hurry and got my tire changed, spare put up, and bill in hand in 12 mins. Thanks Alex, now I won’t be late to work.
