Stop & Ride

This was my 1st time using Stop and ride. As a woman, Ive had some bad experiences so I was nervous, but they had great reviews so I gave them a chance. Now I know why; not only did they figure out a tricky issue with my Fiat, they repaired it & made sure it was fixed. The staff are helpful, thorough, honest, diligent, respectful, efficient & knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone needing maintenance or repairs. Oh, AND they're fair in cost! Im so grateful.

Car battery was dead the day before Thanksgiving. Jumped it to get to Stop and Ride to see if they could replace the battery. They were SO NICE. They had the battery in stock and worked me into their busy schedule. They gave me a very fair price and 30 minutes later I was on the road. Awesome service! Thank you so much!

I’ve been a customer in and off for at least 17 years. These folks routinely do the right thing. Went in for an alignment suggested by the mobile tire guy I use. After a quick diagnosis, they said I was all good and nothing was needed. I paid a minimal fee to diagnose the issue but who have you used that turns down easy money? Kudos for the work you do but also for the honesty!

It was very easy to make an appointment. Upon arriving I was greeted. I let them know I had an appointment for an oil change and asked that they please not rotate my tires because I have a warranty where I purchased my tires. My car was serviced immediately, and they found no other issues with my car.

I had the best experience here! They were quick to look at my car same day, and were very communicative and informative every step of the way. As a woman with very little knowledge about cars, I’m always nervous to take my car somewhere. They took the time to send a detailed report and explain all of my options and made me feel very confident in their expertise. Everyone was so friendly and very prompt from start to finish. I will 100% go here whenever I have a concern or need routine maintenance.
