The crew there was amazing! Very knowledgeable and upfront about my concerns. Their price was better than I expected for the work my vehicle needed. They gave me realistic time frames on when I would receive my vehicle back. All of my concerns were addressed and all my problems were resolved! Now I can be assured my vehicle is safe for myself and my family! They’ve since serviced wifes vehicle. family and friends that I recommended to them all had the same amazing experience I received on my first visit, “we love those guys!”

Update: After speakning with the district manager he was about to rectify the situation. If you do go to Big E tire i recommend the higher one next to the bank and ask for Rich. Hes amazing. I took my car in to get my heat looked at back in Dec 2024. I paid over $200 to get it fixed only for the problem not to be resolved. As they told me it was the actuator. I brought it back a few days later just for them to tell me what the fixed wasn't the issue and that it was something else and that would cost me over $300. Being frustrated i just spent money and its not fixed I didn't go back at that time. Fast forward went back Dec 2025 to finally get the work done and they told me it was my actuator. I paid $291 to get it fixed. And my heat still wasn't fixed. Brought my car back 2 weeks later an

Big E Tire & Auto Service is a great place to get work done on your car. Tyler specifically has great customer service and made sure i was well informed of what needed to be fixed with my car and how things were going throughout the entire appointment. This is a very trustworthy place.

I purchased 4 tires for my rav 4 prime a few months ago, and my back passenger tire started a slow leak. I did NOT have road hazard on them so I thought I was in for a big bill. The owner told me that they were covered by the 90 day warranty, and he let me purchase road hazard for all of my tires! Boy was i relieved and I only had to pay for the labor when it was all said and done. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be visiting them again when I need more tires.

I have a Tacoma that no shops could get the alignment squared away on and they did an awesome job identifying an underlying problem of a seized bushing that caused it and got it all taken care of for me and at a reasonable price and timeline. My truck drives like a dream now and I know I can trust them to figure out what’s really going on with any of my vehicles. I will be bringing all my vehicles there from now on.
