Ok so i called to ask about a car and was willing to go up to what he offered to do on the phone and then when I told him I door dash he shut me down faster then anyone else I tell that to he said he wouldn't sale to me because of my income door dash ? What kind of sales man are you in willing to give you 1400 like you said instead of what I offered and you turn me down because of my income.... um ok frank Myers didnt mind excepting that as income neither did another buy here pay here dealer... I know I dont get up and go to a office setting like you but I do work so and you selling a car is you selling you shouldnt care It shouldn't matter where I work as long as I pay my car payment so thank you but I prefer not to be judged by someone just because I door dash.... have a great day. Do not give this place your money. They sold me a lemon that only last 4 months and their shop next door (Forsyth Auto Care) “fixed it” then it broke down again (but worse) 20 minutes later. Highly recommend Benchmark on Reynold Rd in Winston Salem! The sales manager, Charles, is great! And they even offer a powertrain warranty on their vehicles- which Big Easy does NOT ❤️

Got into a car quick but my car kept breaking down. I’ve only had it for 6 months. Seems like an every two week/month thing. The tire popped on the third day I got it. It was advertised that they were all new tires. My drivers seat literally came off in the back. Like split in half. I just got seat covers but I knew nothing about the seat being broke. My front headlight keeps going out. Turns out it was a shortage & I had to get a piggy tail cord & it still doesn’t work. All the rotors on the car were rusted. The belt on the car came off, my pully on the car was completely rusted. The brakes literally kept going out on the car. Then the ac compressor went out causing us to break down in traffic. Terrible experience they sold me a car with bad alignment and bad sensors and mass air flow sensor. After 1.5 weeks the car required 400 dollars in repairs. I called them and they offered no help. I had as many problems as payments HORRIBLE customer service and appreciation STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! Oh and the auto care next door charged me 500+ for a brake problem and the car still was squealing. He told Me it might b dust STAY AWAY

I just paid off the car i bought from them today. Ive had it 2 years so far and have had no issues except routine maintenance. Absolutely love it and will definitely be going back when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle
