I called them and they got me a quote the very following morning ANDD it NOT ONLY matched the cheapest price from all the places I had called but they even came to me the very next day AND AS I continued to work and make money - they replaced it - hassle free!!! Fantastic customer service! Called late yesterday afternoon and my drivers side window is already replaced today before lunch. He offered to come to my home or place of work. Very professional and friendly, fair price, and fast quality service. We will be using them again. Highly recommend!

My son's truck was broken into last night. Rain was in the forecast. I hadn't used Big Guy's Auto Glass before today. He returned my call promptly, set up an appointment for about an hour later, and showed up at our house to do the work. The window was replaced quickly and properly. The price was reasonable, about $40 less than my usual shop. I'd definitely recommend this company.
