I was rear ended with almost 8k in damage. The other persons insurance sent me to Big K and I am beyond grateful. Not only was the front officer personnel super friendly and helpful, but when I had an issue with the rental car company not only did they step in to handle it but they accommodated me for the delay in pick up. When I came to get my car I was blown away. The attention to detail was beyond compare! They even fixed my Army license plate holder. This company will be my go to now for any tow or body repair needs!

Very good customer service, would highly recommend for getting auto body repairs. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I have had a few people use this location and they do excellent auto body work. But be aware they do charge 3.9 percent for using a credit card, wish I knew that before hand. But regardless very good and legitimate experience.
