MCM Used Auto Sales

I wouldn't have gave one star but in order to leave a review I had to give one. I bought a car from them in July. I havent even made the third car payment and the car has been in the shop three times now. They sold us a warranty that cost extra but the warranty covers basically nothing and no mechanic will accept. They do not stand behind their vehicles or warranty and flat out lied to us when we asked if the car was safe and dependable. I've sunk almost as much money in repairs as I have payments.

Very Pleasant Experience, just purchased a used 2015 Kia Soul. All of their cars looked real nice. The mechanic on duty was very helpful. I'm not an easy sale by any stretch but I felt at ease and comfortable dealing with MCM.

I spent about 8 months trying to find my wife the perfect Jeep before I called Matt and Vickey , I told them what we wanted. In no time at all they found exactly what we wanted. We had to travel to get it . It was about a four hour trip, well worth the time . We are about 4months in now. Not one issue at all. My wife loves it. I would HIGHLY recommend MCM. It was so easy, the finance; the paper work everything that had to do with purchasing our beautiful Jeep rubicon was top notch. Ive bought several vehicles and this was by far the best experience. My next purchase will be with them . I would Highly recommend MCM Used auto sales for anyone wanting a good deal and a pleasant experience. These people are good people !

I see comments about they stand behind what they sell but this is not true. One week into owning our mini van that was purchased to tow around my kids and their friends the back hatch opened while driving twice. They took the vehicle to fix it - took two weeks - when we purchased the vehicle we asked them about the radiator they said the smell was they had just added fluid - not true - $700 trip to the dealer showed that was a lie. Not only did the van get inspected by their shop it had no horn and passed inspection. Safety issue while transporting my children two which are special needs. I have not even put 700 miles on this vehicle and its back in the shop with another 2300 bill - the radiator needs to be put back to factory as its crosswired ( hence the back hatch opening by itself ) an

This is a top of the line auto sales. Matt helped out my stepson who was in a tight spot. He has been so gracious and willing to help those in need this is how everybody in life should be willing to be. Just an amazing experience all around nobody should take this auto sales for granite. Best I've ever had the pleasure to deal with.
