I'm really passionate about my cars, and generally do most the work myself, so I don't like taking my car where other people will work on it. But at Big Mission, I know the work will be done right, and I know they'll be honest and transparent throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with the service I've gotten here, they are the absolute best.

I love Big Mission Automotive — it’s a great shop! Steve and his staff are amazing; they never try to sell you on unnecessary repairs just to make a buck. I’ve been there twice now and even sent my son to them. My only regret is not discovering them sooner! I brought in my 2006 Lexus GS V8, which had developed several leaks over time. The team was completely honest and transparent, clearly explaining which repairs were needed right away and which ones could wait. Their integrity and professionalism are top-notch — highly recommend!

Needed an oil change on my GT3 but I wanted to fully understand the process so I can do it myself in the future. Trevor was great and walked me through it. Big Mission is always professional and courteous. I found my place for all the stuff I can’t do on my Porsche and BMWs!

They have great customer service and did great work! I super appreciate the tone in that they didn't talk down to me, and were upfront about what really needed to get done vs. what could wait when I was in for a 150k checkup. They also threw in an inspection of a car we were thinking about getting for no charge. The very best part is that they have loaner cars or a ride available at no extra charge and don't expect you to go sit there for hours. I really appreciate that they valued my time like that so I didn't have to miss any work. It was overall an excellent experience over 3 appointments.
