Thom and his crew did a great job just before the holidays on my sons Cross Trek - needed quite a bit of maintenance (TLC). FIVE STARS! Can’t recommend them highly enough. My Subaru had been misfiring repeatedly for 1-2 years, maybe longer. NO ONE could figure it out, and I even brought it to the dealership multiple times. I can’t bear to think about how much money I spent at the dealership for absolutely nothing. I thought they were the “experts.” Then someone recommended Thom at Facinelli Motors. He really took the time to be thorough and was diligent in investigating the cause. Finally he thought to check the timing belt—the dealership never even looked at it! And that was the issue the entire time. Have had the car back for a while now and this is the longest it has gone in YEARS without the check engine light coming back on. Car is starting smooth—so far so good. I will never take my Subaru anywhere else!!

So thankful for this place! We were in town for Christmas and experiencing an odd noise in the steering column. Our mechanic in AZ was unable to diagnose the problem before we traveled and these guys figured it out in one day and got us back on the road to drive home! 10/10 recommend!

I trust Thom and Eileen Facinelli with the care of my Toyota Venza and Subaru Outback. They are honest, competent, competitively-priced, and friendly.
