Big Muffler Shop

Called a little after 8am (right when they open) to ask about removing a resonator. The guy gave me a price and I told him I could be there in an hour or two. He specifically told me to come at 12pm. I confirmed I’d be there at 12, and he said that was fine. I drove 45 minutes and arrived at 12:01. When I walked in, I was told there were “11 cars ahead of me” and that I’d need to come back Monday. If there were already 11 cars ahead of me, that would’ve been helpful information at 8am before I made the drive. Don’t tell customers to come at a specific time if you’re not actually going to honor it. Zero accountability, zero apologies. Was only told that all the cars are "across the street" to which I dont even know how to reply as it has nothing to do with why they decided to waste my t

If you want a big (or small) job done right, big muffler is the place to go. My mood was small and bad, but their quality service made it big and happy. I've never been so delighted to have my catalytic converter stolen, since I got to experience the biggest service at big muffler. BIG MUFFLER FOR LIFE

Just got home from picking up my car and all I feel is relief. I drive a Volvo car and you already know there’s problems but the crew here was able to fix my car troubles in just once day. I am so grateful for these people not once were they dishonest with me and met me and my parents where we were. Thank you so much I am not able to travel safe back to campus. ;)

Was in and out in 15 minutes. Very nice people, each and everyone of them. They even offered me a snack. They got me together. My car is more quiet than ever before. I recommend this place 💯%. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great price, quick service. Will come back for other services when needed. There is a tax when using card so if you can pay cash, use that option.
